BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Puff Pastry should be removed from freezer 45
minutes prior to shaping and baking to ensure
proper thawing.
Place sheet on lightly floured work
surface and roll out as required.
Cut and prepare
desired shapes, placing onto a lined baking tray.
Bake puff pastry in a pre-heated oven of 185°C in
a Convection Oven, or 210°C in a Conventional
Oven, until risen and golden brown.
