BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Puff Pastry should be removed from freezer 45 minutes prior to shaping and baking to ensure proper thawing.
- Place sheet on lightly floured work surface and roll out as required.
- Cut and prepare desired shapes, placing onto a lined baking tray.
- Bake puff pastry in a pre-heated oven of 185°C in a Convection Oven, or 210°C in a Conventional Oven, until risen and golden brown.
