BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the Convection Oven to 190°C, or 220°C in the case of a Conventional Oven.
- Remove croissants from the freezer and place on a lined baking tray. Egg-wash the croissants and allow them 15 minutes resting time.
- Bake for 15 minutes until risen and golden brown. Allow to cool and serve.
